Problem: Garden Weeds

Its a anatomical fact that tendons and plantar fascia in the body are avascular which means blood flow does not go into tendons or plantar fascia.
Soft tissues in the body such as tendons and plantar fascia when injured or irritated will create micro (small/ tinny) tears in the tissue of the tendon and fascia. These micro tears will have small micro blood vessels that will grow into these small tears and spaces.
These micro vessels are like weeds in a garden. Which feed inflammation and blood into the tendons and plantar fascia that causes healing to stop or be impaired. This is why you have pain in tendonitis and Plantar fasciitis. Because blood and inflammatory micro molecules are not suppose to be in the tendon and plantar fascia.

The blue and red vessels you can see are growing into the micro tears of the injured tendon and Plantar fascia.

Solution: Weed out Pain

Tiny micro vessels can be measured in tendons and plantar fascia by diagnostic ultrasound. Because micro vessels feed into these tissues they will create a bulging or enlargement on the tissues which creates pain and discomfort. Over time bulging will decrease and there will be no pain until the next round of micro vessels feed more inflammation into the tendons and plantar fascia. This problem reoccurs as a pain pattern that conventional treatments ( Physical Therapy, Pain Injections) cannot solve.
The solution is simple but also unique there needs to be a de-weeding of the micro vessels from tendons and plantar fascia. When wave therapy is applied to tissues it will create a high energy impulse that will disrupt the micro-vessels and create a de-weeding process. Over the wave treatment sessions measurements are made to show retraction of micro vessels from tissues. This unique wave therapy gets to the roots of the micro vessels and within the first treatment session relief is achieved because of the de-weeding effect of wave therapy.

Same area of the tendon after 8 treatments of shock wave therapy. Can see less weeds and micro-vessels that are rooted in the tendon. This Achilles tendon is stabile and de-weeded. = No pain
