Problem: Our shoulders are not Crane's!
Our shoulder muscles do all the lifting with our arms and hands. What the problem is that we think our shoulder muscles should be like Crane's and can lift anything when we want by leveraging the shoulder muscles against the weight. This poor levering of the shoulder muscles will lead to having trigger point pain because of the extra strain put on the shoulder muscles. Over time these muscles will dehydrate and create little sensitive knots in the muscles of the shoulders called "trigger points" When these trigger points in the shoulder muscles get inflamed they will create pain into the arms and even down to the wrist.
Solution Rehydrate Rotator Cuff Muscles
Because there are knots of shoulder rotator cuff muscles that are dehydrated and are causing referred pain. The best solution is to get a a trigger point ball and press it on the Rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder. This is only a temporary fix, you need to apply a larger mechanical energy source to these trigger points in order to re-hydrate the muscle. Shock Waves do just that when it comes to rehydrating the muscle fibers and diluting dehydrated muscle with fresh blood and nutrients.
