What are they not telling you about your knee pain?
​Well... many are focused on Bone on Bone pain as being the main factor that is causing your knee pain and for you to get new knees. That is only part of the story  and here is the other major part that they are leaving out. 

1. There are ligaments that are in the inside of your knees the common term is ACL & PCL ligaments. When the knee is compressed over time or there is damage / trauma to the knee and the ligaments will begin to bend and create bridging or scar tissue connections. In turn this connection will cause pain and is ignored as a factor that leads to chronic persistent  knee pain.                                                                    
2. There is three parts of the knee: 1. the bones ( femur & tibia) 2. the ligaments 3. synovial fluid. You can guess which one is most ignored when it comes to knee pain.... That is the knee fluid or aka synovial fluid this is the lubricate & cleaner for the knee. When there is no motion in the knee the fluid can not keep everything lubricated and flush out. When the knee has excess inflammation and is not lubricated it will hurt and chronically be painful.
