Hamstring Strain

Dull achy pain that is at the base of your butt bone which will travel down the leg into the knee. This type of pain is common with high extension sports like running, hiking, trail running, biking, soccer.

Piriformis Syndrome

Sharp shooting pain is felt in the buttocks and down the leg. Numbness or tingling maybe associated with pain down the leg. Sitting for long periods of time or rotation of the hip can cause shooting pain down the leg .

Groin Pain

Pain is on the inside of the leg and can go down into the back or lower leg/knee. These are the familiar pains from common daily tasks such as: crossing one leg over the other while sitting, siting long hours, balancing a child on hip in order to perform work. or over compensating with uninjured leg because of a leg injury.
